I booked a room for two elderly people on the bottom floor, two beds smoking and the reservations were confirmed but we were put on the second floor not nice for us. Very unhappy!

The room was clean. Electrical outlet for bathroom not working, sink had hot water, the shower did not. Both drains backed up in no time. No enforcement of quiet time. Absolutely no printed information in the room of any kind. Not worth $30 let alone the $72 they charged me. Unless you're desperate consider other accommodations.

I purchased three rooms on October 27,2021 upon check in I noticed baby roaches in more than one place, I notified the front desk and there response was o that’s because they just sprayed yesterday…I asked to be moved he said he couldn’t do it because no more king rooms left. About a hr or so later I came back and tried to cut the air conditioner on it was broke and as I sat down to lay down there were blonde female hairs all over the covers and pillows i again called the front desk this time asking that I be refunded not all but one room price and there response was no but they could give me half so we went back and forth for ten minutes until she decided to give me a full refund she printed a receipt and said three to five days. There needs to be a health code inspection on this property these pictures they show are false I was very disappointed

The room was overall clean the rooms need to be updated and cleaned up better. If you looking for a cheap motel over night this is the one, if your looking for luxury keep driving. Oh this place has bed bugs and I hope to get refunded!!
