First time i went to the spa and I aint never going back. They customers services stinks!! Once I walked in nobody approached me, the receptionist was on the phone. After hanging up, she still didnt approached me, it was when I came to her that she told me to put on some disposable sandals they have and head back. No temperature taken or hand wash.After waiting for 1 1/2 they asked me what I wanted done. After waiting another 30 more minutes (2hours later) they told me they couldn't do what I asked for. First they tried to tell me I didn't book the appointment for that and that the specialist in hair wasn't there. They only treat IG influencer nice and they arent taking no covid precautions either. Everybody came in and i didn't see them checkin temperature or making sure that hands are wash or hand sanitize not safe and bad treatment. Sweety don't lie, my hair is not damage you guys didn't even touch my hair to know if it was. Just because my hair was in a curly pony tail and I'm a dark skin dominican doesnt mean my hair is damage. And 2 when I walked in the receptionist was so busy on the phone that she didn't even talk to me until 10 minutes after, I came to her and told her I had an appointment. When I called I did say I wanted my nails and a new look for my hair and i wanted to change my hair color. I also wanted to get other services like facial and massages. Ask me if she even bother to ask about the others services and what you guys would recommend. No! Maybe if you guys pay more attention, this wouldn't happen. Or maybe you shouldn't judge ppl's hair by their skin color. And honestly I didn't get my temperature check or hand sanitizer. She ask me to grab some disposable sandals, on my own and walked to the back. U guys only treat ig influencers good and light skin spanish speaking ppl. U can tell how professional they are by the way they respond to the reviews SMH!! Worst place ever!! N those 5 star reviews r by friends n influencers that get free services !!

They should work better, call on Saturday July 9, 2022 for an appointment for a deep facial cleaning I asked if there was space for Tuesday July 12, 2022 at 3:00 in the afternoon, they told me yes, to make the deposit. I did immediately hung up the phone. When he arrived for the appointment on Tuesday they told me that I am not in the system, the dial “that employee” did not make my appointment, they should be more attentive to the deposits they ask for. And to top it off, I tell him to give me my money back and he kept the taxes, they don't even give me the service and they also keep part of my money and it's not because of the 3.55 dollars, but because of the lack they had. One looking for someone to take care of the children and with thousands of things to do and you wasting one's time.

I would never change this place to get my nails done. good customer service anita and Isabel the best in nail techniques, yajandri a love of receptionist always with a good attitude and helpful. Arriving at glam is like arriving home. ❤️
