Front desk refused to answer a question regarding a scenerio of a stray/aggresive dog on my property. She consistently spoke over me and would not let me say a single word. Once finished I tried to explain the situation furthur, but was cut off once again. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Unfortunately you’re better off calling police to help handle situations or to stop caring about injured or sick animals. The lady working was extremely rude in person and on the phone. She gave our personal information out to the owner of the dog that showed up freezing on our porch going crazy. I’m more dumbfounded that they gave out my personal address to the owner. That could potentially be very dangerous if the owner was to come back in anger. I asked the lady working to not do that, but she didn’t care. She told me I was in the wrong for caring about the dog. She even put her hand up and said “don’t talk to me.” Very disappointed. Not to mention that we had already called 4 days earlier about the same dog being on our property in negative degree weather crying for help. The lady didn’t care about the dog and seemed more irritated that she had to come out and actually do her job. She clearly should not be working in a caring profession. Poor dog too, seemed like I was the only one actually concerned for his well-being.
