Purchaced a hamster from here. The animal was healthy and the small animal gentlemen was very knowledgeable. Also took my dog there for shots they are efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. They have any supplies your pet could need. Love there whole hearted dog food.

In general, I love PETCO. All the petcos around the US I’ve been to, excellent — super helpful, informative, and try to do the right thing. This one…leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I was there on a supply run, the person at the counter sold me on vital care for both my dogs. They all made a big deal about it so I’m sure there’s some kind of commission, rewards or points systems for the staff and/or store. They said it made sense, saves money, and went over the benefits. What she didn’t do was go over the fine print — ONCE YOU SIGN UP, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY FOR A YEAR! I found this out and more when I made an appointment for grooming for my little one and upon arrival, after MULTIPLE previous confirmations, they turned me away stating that there’s a nationwide PETCO policy to not groom dogs w a history of seizures. 1) I had just driven an hour and half one way for this appointment. They couldn’t have let me know sooner? (“I’ve been looking over the notes, and it says here he has seizures. We won’t be able to groom him.”) 2) I have been to multiple petcos maybe 25-30 times at this point for grooming and this is the first time I’ve heard of this policy. 3) the seizures are so rare - once every one month or two - the vet won’t put him on medication cause it’s not warranted. Ofc, the groomers wouldn’t hear of it. When I contacted the store manager Dee and explained rather than take responsibility, do the right thing, and call customer service herself and cancel what her staff had sold me (VITAL CARE) and also turned me away, she ofc refused. In summation, do not sign up for VITAL CARE without knowing ALLLLL the fine print. It is a one year contract! And even if you cancel, you will be charged for the entire year. There are also exceptions to the services for disabled animals! This is incredibly exclusionary and ableist. For a dog w seizures it’s not rocket surgery to calmly hold space for the dog, keep sharp things away, make sure he’s safe, and wait for it to pass. Are they not already keeping him safe? 🤷🏻♀️ I’m grateful for the other petcos who are cool and don’t find the tiny tiny possibility of a seizure happening overwhelming or challenging. He’s an 8lb dog lol

Oh love start over. Place your fish in clean water and dump the old. Scrub your tank and make sure you rinse very well. Also make sure any filters you have are either cleaned well or replaced. Green is never good and it's best to always start fresh.

It's fleas. Frontline works okay, but a Serestro collar works the best and for 8 months. Make sure you treat your yard too!

I have never seen any braces (but I have never actually looked for them) for dog legs but I know they do carry fist aid items for all pets. Sorry I know this doesn't help much.
