I was told based off my tire warranty that my tire would be covered based off the tread left on the previous tires, I just got these tires not that long ago and somehow I’m still paying 152$ for a tire even though the previous one was barely used. They make sure that one person speaks with you so that you’re forced to pay or have no car and these people are rude and so informative…incompetent and I will never go back again. I wish I could give a negative star for this company.

Incompetent staff. I made a 10 o'clock appointment. I arrived at 9:40 with my grandson. I walked him around till 11:40. I noticed people that came in after me were gone. I inquired on my vehicle. The manager checked on the car and stated car was forgotten. I highly recommend St Lucie Battery and Tire. They are competent, honest and you will leave happy.

In for and oil change and air pressure monitor repair and left it with them for as long as needed. NO call saying it was ready, I had to call late in the day. When I picked it up, I had to ask if it was repaired only for the service writer to read it and tell me no, needs to go to the dealer?? The washer fluid is still empty and I even mentioned that at drop off (aren't ALL fluid levels checked??) ....and the kicker....ALL of the tires were low at 26 and 27 lbs...CLEARLY it states 35 psi on the driver door jam sticker. Went back the next day to complain only to be ignored for a few minutes, so we walked out. $98 oil change (synthetic) $22 diagnostic No washer fluid and low tires from 'tire service center' NEVER AGAIN FIRESTONE!!
