I have been a patient there for a number of years! They saved my life, literally! All the visits are regular visits. The referrals are pretty straightforward. And no cost to the resident!

No, we do not, but you may call 211 for a list of local dental resources.
When possible we will apply to patient assistant programs to obtain medications for free. If that is not available, we will direct patients to the most affordable pharmacies for these medications.
Martin County is fortunate to have many retired and currently practicing medical professionals who want to continue to serve patients in their areas of specialty including cardiology, urology, orthopedics, endocrinology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, gynecology, and many more.
We have a volunteer licensed clinical social worker who provides therapy. We do not currently provide psychiatric medication management.
You must be a legal full-time Martin County resident, between the ages of 18-65. No health Insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare. Income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
I don't know either. But as Rhonda said give them a call and ask for Kim.
No we do not. You must be a legal full-time Martin County resident, between the ages of 18-65.
Call 211 in your area. That number will provide you with resources as to what you need, or at least direct you in the right direction.
