What a horrible stay! Liked · The scrambled eggs had a great flavor. I always love preparing my waffle. I also had the yogurt and it was nice and cold. I also like that they sold drinks at reception. Disliked · The room was so disgusting dirty. Mold in the bathroom. The tissue box had some type of sticky looking substance. The tub would not drain. The bed was so uncomfortable and was sinking in the middle. I expected way better from LA Quinta.

Outside of the hotel looks very nice. Lobby and dining area were also nice. The pool is outside and we enjoyed it. The room was adequate, but, you could hear people above walking around and the water from the bathroom next door. Also dirty in the bathroom corners. 2 front desk ladies on staff upon check in were fabulous, and one lady in the am attending the breakfast area was also wonderful.

The evening receptionist was AMAZING. She was so nice and sweet and helpful, which is great being from out of town. There's a real breakfast. The room was clean and cozy, working fridge and mic, comfortable bed and pillows. The air unit was a little noisy, but that's really the only thing I could complain about if anyone asks. Pet friendly!

Honestly I would probably do zero stars if it allowed me. My fault on not reading reviews here and only reading the ones on hotels.com. Immediately walking in the room was all it took. Signs everywhere stating it’s 100% smoke free and yet our room reeks of smoke. It honestly smells like a house from the 80’s with no good ventilation that’s been smoked in for years. We booked the room and paid extra due to kids since hotels like to charge “per person”... and the hotel couldn’t even provide towels, blankets or pillows for the room!!!!
