Ms Nancy was awesome she handled me with care the room was great I love the experience it was a nice little get away just for myself. If I had a problem with my room she help out. I think she is manager of the hotel thank you for a great experience but the. Up grade room with view of pool is a must get every time I good. Thank you Ms Nancy Andrea Herod

I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfy, with a good size fridge and a microwave. The housekeepers were all absolute sweethearts. I stayed for 4 nights with my toddler, and she started calling it her "house". The front desk workers were very accomodating and friendly. I felt very safe every night, especially with the doors being inside, needing two keycard entry points to get to my room. Any time in the future I have to stay in Tupelo, I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you guys for making our stay so comfortable!

BEWARE!! This place is HORRIBLE! I wish I could give it negative stars! My husband reserved a king suite with a jetted tub. First, the room isn’t as nearly as nice as the pictures online. Second, the room was very disappointing. Looks very worn. Huge burn hole on the top of the desk and worst of all, a dirty ring around the jetted tub. I immediately went to the front desk to address the tub. I wanted it cleaned properly or move us to a room that has been cleaned properly. I was told all the suites were booked for the night. When she addressed my complaint to another woman, that woman came out with attitude and stated it’s a stain. I informed her I clean houses for a living and that’s not a stain. I can rub it off with my finger. That’s a dirt ring around the tub. She then turned around to the woman at the front desk and told her to cancel our room. So instead of trying to make it right they chose to kick us out. We booked this through booking.com and are currently disputing it. When my husband tried to call them back to resolve it the woman hung up on him. DISGUSTING behavior DISGUSTING hotel!

Sheets and towels stained, but seemed clean. The only thing for breakfast is breakfast bars that have gluten so if you are gluten free bring your own breakfast. There is a microwave and fridge and I had brought gf instant oatmeal. There is juice, coffee and tea. That's it. Rooms are pretty small. Check in staff are not rude just not friendly either. They were pretty polite. Cleaning staff were very friendly.
