Positive: Nice, newly renovated hotel. Room was very clean. I liked that the halls were air-conditioned. Negative: The breakfast was skimpy; the waffle machine was out of batter.. We were required to put down a $100 deposit on the room, in addition to the room charge. This seemed excessive; it¿s refundable, but the refund takes several days.

Room, hotel and parking lot overall we good. However, staff and breakfast were not! Both staff members I dealt with were rude. Upon checking in he tries to charge me a higher price than what I reserved for. I reserved a room with 2 double beds (as we had 4 people) and he gave us a 1 king bed room. Had to go back down and have him give us a different room. Breakfast was a joke, do not book this hotel if you are looking for the convenience of breakfast like we did. They served a few individually wrapped mini muffins and some rotten fruit. When an old see gentleman asked if there was going to be any other options a lady rudely walked away and then came back to pour a box of sandwiches on the tray. When checking out I waited for someone to come from the back and I told the front desk lady wanted to check out and get a receipt. She huffed and was like “did you even book with us or online?” I said through here. She took my key cards and walked away to the back, came back said “here” and handed me my receipt. Sadly this hotel has the potential to be great, but clearly the staff does not care at all.

This property is being remodeled. We got hear late afternoon/early evening for a one night stay. The lobby has been remodeled and is clean and modern. We were on the third floor and our room and hallway had been remodeled. The place was very clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. I have a bad back and need a good mattress and the bed hit the mark. The front desk person was pleasant. Parking area was well lit. The hotel is was located in a quiet area. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Our room was dirty, hair and other particles could be seen in multiple areas on the floor. The bed and pillows were soft. The breakfast was a joke. Heat up your own sandwich but no paper towels as needed per instructions and only 1 microwave. They also had mini muffins, cuties and apples, juice and watered down coffee. Definitely not worth the $175/ night they are charging!
