Simple you would have thought. Ordered an Fillet O Fish meal with fries and a drink I asked for no tarter sauce simple right ? Wrong received it with tarter and no cheese. Damn simple request I hate drive thru ordering. From now on I'll just go in

Tip of the hat to the Sunday morning crew at the Pacific Ave. location - a great crew chef who went to the trouble of giving credit to his crew - prompt service and they never get an order wrong - if only all McD's were like this.

This early evening I came through the drive thru. I have been accumulating and losing rewards because I don't know how to do it. The last time I asked for help (in a different restaurant and state) they said "you just do it". Today however I asked for assistants and Lilo was more then happy to help guide me thru the process! I really appreciate her sincere kindness and service!!! Also it should be noted my food was hot perfect I'd say quite a nice experiance thank you.

Oh, I didn't know. I guess everyone should say something to them. That's terrible, I'm so sorry that happened to you. I also have used the online info looking for businesses and depend on that info. And sometimes even if you call the phones aren't answered so I've learned not to depend on calling. Sometimes businesses are opened but in such a rush that they don't always answer calls.
