The experience started off good but the outcome and process not so much. I should have listened to other reviews before wasting my time as well. The staff that work here are pleasant for the most part but are unfortunately very unprofessional with the way they handle business. Here is a note of advice to the staff if you have not fully did all the calculations needed for the processing do not call and ask for a deposit! And mislead people into thinking they got approved for a apartment. If you have a decent paying job and you are not a statistic or someone who is on welfare I would not suggest you apply here. This was a complete waste of time. You all should do your calculations before letting people apply. Then they did not try and even rectify the situation by giving our application fees back. You can not play with peoples time and money. Please put yourself in other peoples shoes when it comes to handing applicants paper work! Although I understand the reasoning on why we were not approved the situation and customer service could have been handled way better! Please read the reviews! We can’t all be making this up! And I sense a pattern!

No point in trying to contact them.... They don't answer the phone. I've been calling for a week now. I got in contact with them the first time I called but it really seems like they screen my number and purposely don't answer.

The interaction with the lady the first time was good. Then the snow storm happened and I was unable to make another appointment the person running the place was screening calls. Because I made a trip there and let her know that the only thing I needed was to get my money order. I was trying to make an appointment. However, having section 8, according to the guidelines in the contract it was very strenuous. They wanted 401k information, now how that hs anything to do with my current income is irrelevant, just like when filing your taxes you don't count that money because there was nothing taken out. I pray that God blesses this Manager because I seriously felt discrimated against. Calling from my phone, no answer, no callback, calling from my son's phone and she answered immediately. She even remembered my voice.

If you’re in a hurry and in a place a sap, even if you have weeks, this isn’t the place to come. They made us do all the paper work, made us drive back and forth for days, have us false hope as if we were going to get the apartment only to calls us back six days before we have to move out of our current place to let us know how we do not qualify. Yet we told them We needed a place. They are time wasters and do not care about you. So run as far from this place as possible before you get disappointed. We are now out here trying to find a place in few days after wasting weeks on these guys. I wish I can write this review without giving them any stars but unfortunately I have to leave a star. My previous review was deleted a here’s another one.
