DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The parking lot is the most ridiculous thing you’ll ever experience in renting. You pay almost 2,000 dollars a month, get only two parking passes, to have to park in a fire line every single night and get towed by a towing company because people that are not residents fill the spots. You can contact management and offer a million solutions and they will NOT care. From the minute we moved in there have been roaches, neighbors partying all night long, and the best is when Audubon doesn’t inform you of them having to do maintence and you wake up to them in your house and making a racket outside your window. Take a tour of a million other places before moving here.

Will never let residents know when maintenance is being done. Will just pour concrete next to your car, be up on ladders looking in your window in the morning etc with no heads up. Parking is terrible. Bugs. Just a big rental company who puts residents second to making money

Upon moving in, we discovered our unit was deeply infested with bed bugs. Even after the first extermination attempt, I found 7 more 2 nights later. Upon notifying them of our problem, they insinuated that we were the ones who brought the bugs in, a very insulting and irresponsible gesture. I'm actually typing this from my hotel room, since my apartment is literally uninhabitable. Avoid building 220.

Would not recommend renting here! My boyfriend and I moved into unit 210B and dealt with a roach infestation before even making through a full day of living there. The roaches were not only in the unit, but also were seen in the laundry room and in the hallways. The unit was signed over to us in poor conditions (water damage, missing screens, holes in the front door, etc). We were told that no one had been living in the unit for 4.5 months prior to us moving in. You'd think that 4.5 months of vacancy would be plenty of time for maintenance to fully inspect the place before making it available to rent. The parking lot is horrendous too - you only receive one parking pass per number of bedrooms in the unit; Most places distribute parking passes based on whose name is on the lease. There is not enough parking spaces to accommodate for the number of residents with vehicles living there. When thinking about renting here, keep your eyes wide open before placing a payment on any of the units.
