Good for first apartment. Not to good for family's with young children, no place to play except in the back of the development without proper fencing

They listed an apartment that was under under construction and not ready for move in. We only discovered this 48 hours before moving in. The communication was extremely poor. We requested a refund on our application fee 2 weeks after our move in date since the apartment renovations were still ongoing. Courtney sent us an email stating she would send us a full refund due to the inconvenience, stress and extra costs incurred. 3 months later, we never received a check nor any follow up communication from her. We will reach out to our credit card company to file a formal complaint.

We were moving from across the country so we never had a chance to stop by and see the apartment in advance. A couple days before we arrived we were told the apartment is still under construction, and that it would be a few more days. We got a hotel for a few days, but then was told it would be a few more days…2-3 weeks later the apartment was still not ready. I went to go look at the apartment on a Friday and was told it would definitely be ready to move in on Sunday. Construction workers were still in there renovating. We ended up moving into a different apartment complex. I requested a refund of the fees we had already paid to Heather Glen, and were told yes of course. I waited a couple months and received nothing. When I called I was told they would not be refunding us. It’s also very difficult to get someone on the phone because there are several numbers listed online, and most of the time they end up taking you to the property management company answering service…and they never could answer any questions.

Well I absolutely love my apartment, there were alot of concerns when we moved in. The renovated my place which came out good but they did an absolute horrible job cleaning! I had to scrub my whole place but if it wasn't for my girl Courtney and my man Marco I would of been in trouble....everything I complained about Courtney and Marco were right on top of it and I can happily say that we have been in our place for 1 month now and we love it! A huge shout out to Courtney and Marco thank you so much I know we were a pain but truly thank you!

Hi Cryptowallets - the apartments aren’t priced based on if they have washer/dryer. The prices vary from $1225-1375 based on the level of upgrade of the apartment itself. Most have washer/dryer inside apartment. If it does not have washer/dryer we have been installing washer/dryers upon move out. All apartments available within the next 90 days have washer/dryer in them. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
