I went to Premier for my knee last week due to the swelling. When I made my appointment, the office made an appointment with Dr. Benner. I’m a new patient of Dr. Benner and he was terrific! He explained everything and answered all my questions. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Benner! Usually you are just a number, but I did not feel that way during my visit! I also called the office to have my MRI scheduled and I mentioned my knee was swollen…again. It was just a comment as I was trying to get an appointment for MRI. Dr. Benner called me to see how my knee was doing! I’ve never had a doctor this nice and knowledgeable! Michelle Bradley

If I could give less of a rating I would. The entire experience starts with Lisa at the front desk. She is passive aggressive, worthless, offensive, and apparently cannot read. The single worst employee that you could possibly dream up. This office has bungled every single thing they are counted on to do. It starts with incompetence, and gets no better.

Doctors seemed competent, but I’ve repeatedly experienced such long phone delays just trying to get a follow-up appointment that I’ve decided to work with a different practice. Guessing they just don’t have adequate back office staffing or systems for that many doctors
