The property is a mess. We have to walk over plywood boards to get from the parking lot to our building and the boards freeze after it rains. The ripped up all of the grass outside of the apartment and my dog is bringing in mud after going potty. Our downstairs neighbors smoke in their apartment and our bathroom reeks of weed everyday because of it.

I've lived in Goshen Manor for a year and half and enjoyed living there! This is an affordable apartment with nice responsive management. Some reviews mention noise issues. While I did notice that I could hear sound coming from my neighbors, it wasn't much of a problem to me. The walls are thin for those who are sensitive. The only noise issue I had was with the delivery trucks to ShopRite. When they arrive in early morning, it was really loud. Applies to the building next to ShopRite.Coin laundry was definitely a hassle but I knew about it signing the lease. So it just depends on what your expectations are. Management was always nice in replying to my emails and had a very pleasant experience when it was time to end my lease. Lauren was very helpful and kind.

You can try out your apartment for 30 days and if we haven't delivered full satisfaction, you are free to give us 30 days' notice in that period and you won't need to pay a lease-break fee.
Goshen Manor offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
You can break your lease to buy a house at any point in your residency. Just use one of our preferred real estate agents and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
Yes, you are free to rent out your apartment on Airbnb.
Yes, you are free to have up to 2 pets of any weight. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and an additional $100 non-refundable fee for the second pet. There is a monthly fee of $35 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
