This complex started off ok , then I realized all the problems. If you like quiet this is not the place for you; you will be bombarded with loud music through paper thin walls and screaming all around you. There are drugs in the parking lot. It floods every time it rains; you need rain boots to leave out your front door if you live on the Main Street, which becomes a stream. If you like hot showers you need to live close to there big tank because end buildings it will be in the afternoon or around 3 am, no lye. You don't need a pet because they come with the apartment, mouse city.They gave my son and I seizures. You need to invest in your own traps and a great vacuum and shampooer so yo don't get sick. Oh , combat gel for the roaches works best. Kept them at bay. Because, you'll ask for extermination that's a hit or a miss.with them. Oh, and the worst of it the septic problem as soon as I moved in the septic was already bad they tried to charge me for it for femin hygiene products I don't even use. Beyond that.and human waste for over two years after I realized what it was poop under our bathroom window that Maintenance would play in the pipe. Even after suppose fixes. They are so broke they find way to keep 1000! Security Deposits; you have to contact multiple government entities to get money back and report problems. I'm glad I have photos. 1 stars because it was three bedroom.

I love that these apartments are very big. You are paying less the a dollar per square feet. Also, they have washers and dryers in each building. However, it's not really kid friendly because it's mostly parking lots in front of most building. Which means your kids have nowhere to really play outside. Again that's only in most buildings. If you live in the middle section they will be good. The office hours say they open up at 9, they just forgot to say "but not everyday". Let me stop b4 they loose my money order or something lol

I lived there before and it was a great experience for me office staff was very nice and relaxing. would be great to move back.
