I have nothing but amazing things to say about Green Forest Apartments. My daughter has lived here for the past 3 years and she loves it. When I visit my daughter I never have any problems with parking or with her neighbors, everyone that I have encountered are very friendly and the environment always feels safe and secure. I am now actually moving to Chester and I chose to live in the Green Forest Apartment Complex with my daughter. The manager Heather is friendly, kind and supportive and answered every one of my questions with patience and virtue. I mentioned a minor issue in my daughter's apartment and Heather had the work order put in immediately and the problem was resolved by the end of that day. My application was approved within 48 hours and I was able to view my potential apartment within that same week. I have looked at many apartments to rent, but none of them offered a two bedroom/1 and a half bath with the amount of space that this apartment complex has for the low price that I will be paying each month. I am so excited to be moving into my new home next week. I know that I will enjoy every moment of it.

This has been the worst yr of my life moving here. Moved in Aug 7th by Aug 19 my gf and I had 3 mice. When you tell management they do nothing about it. I worked for Pest control thank god!! Who came in every week to pick up mice bodies. When we got letters to renew our lease we signed and put it in the drop box. Management obviously doesn't check the mail because they threaten auto lease renewal with Mice infestation and mold.

I'm not even going to lie. After looking at some people's reviews on this place and the few bad personal experiences. I was skeptical on looking into here. However, with many of the great reviews I've seen. I decided to get my own opinion and I've got to say, I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call. I was greated by Heather who was very pleasant. I was calling about a viewing I had the following week. She was so kind and able to do a same day viewing. Which was much more convenient for me. Once at the viewing. She was very nice and patient. She explained to me about the whole process and gave me a play by play on what to expect. I'm in the process of applying now and hope it all works out. Because it seems this would be a nice place to move.
