Just had surgery today was told I couldn’t get my meds without a pre authorization from the office (no prob I understand even a just getting out of surgery with severe pain and wasn't able to talk but was forced atp) So I called the surgery coordinator JESSICA!!! who did nothing but yell and give attitude as Im telling her I was told to call your office and if not who can speak with all I got was the dial tone. guess more so I had a mush mouth from getting surgery lol You would think at a doctors office they would have more compassion specially the SURGERY COORDINATOR like wow thats how you treat human beings.

Their billing is horrible. They keep billing me although I have sent EOB’s from my supplement insurance showing they were paid!!! They are really nasty people.

I came to this practice to see Dr. Ginsburg at the recommendation of a doctor I saw elsewhere for a nasal issue I was having. I ended having surgery with Dr. Ginsburg for the issue I was having, and the results were sub-par, but that is not the main reason for my review. The main reason for my review is the extortive practices by this office and, specifically, Dr. Ginsburg. I was charged for a "procedure" at every appointment I had, without warning and in addition to my co-pay, that amounted to a sizable sum due. This so called "procedure" (an endoscopy) is the equivalent of looking into the patient's nose, which I would think is included with your co-pay when seeing an ear, nose, and throat doctor for nasal/sinus issues. This type of charge was not incurred at multiple other doctors I saw for the same issue. I was even charged for a co-pay and this "procedure" at my post-operative appointment, which is extremely unethical. This was supposedly because I was outside of the post-operative period, however this appointment was scheduled at the time of my surgery scheduling and was due to the doctor's availability, not mine. Additionally, like the other charges I was not provided any warning of the fact I was "outside" of this arbitrarily determined window. I originally reached an agreement with a member of the billing department, but weeks later this agreement was backtracked and I was charged for the same amounts again. I was also told that Dr. Ginsburg refused to alter the charges he had assigned to my account. My experiences speaking with the billing department were extremely subpar, and I was very upset by how uncommunicative and unhelpful the team was, specifically the person I spoke to who told me she was the "manager". From the billing experiences and my subpar experiences with Dr. Ginsburg I cannot recommend this practice to anybody and recommend you receive care at another practice. If you don't, I recommend making sure that before the doctor does anything (even looking into your nose, ear, etc.) you ask if you will be charged for it and document it for your own financial protection and, quite frankly, future aggravation.
