I was taken care by Starr. She went above and beyond in my book while taking care of all my needs. She guided me on even how to use their storage app. Ms. Starr offered me a much better unit than the one I’m currently in and for that I truly appreciate her. Ms. Starr is a true asset to your organization . She should be promoted to a manager. Her “can do” diligence is why I am changing units. Thanks again, Ms. Star and I highly recommend her.

We've had a couple of units here for a while--with the past year being out of town. Every time we called about checking on the units, Starr and Michelle have helped out by checking on them. When we cleared out one unit recently, both of them were always around to help answer question and assist when we needed help. They are both incredible and a credit to the facility and the company.
