I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. My fiance went to fill it for me. The worker told him the prescription was at the pharmacy in Yelm. So my partner spent time and gas driving all the way to Yelm, only to be told that this pharmacy was mistaken, and the prescription was at the Lacey location. So he went back and was understandably frustrated but did not yell. I was then called and lied to by a woman working at the Lacey pharmacy who told me the prescription actually was in yelm, the yelm pharmacy sent it back to Lacey after he was there, and that my fiance's frustration was uncalled for. 1. That doesn't make any sense. 2. That's a lie because it's a controlled substance and the doctor would have to resend the prescription to get it to a different pharmacy . I would not have left this review of the pharmacy worker hasn't called and tried to lecture me , but that's what was uncalled for.

I have had my prescriptions filled here for a long time. I am now transferring to another pharmacy and will never use safeway again. The pharmacist asked me if I was wearing a mask. I am fully vaccinated and the last time I checked, the mask mandate is over. Them, he wouldn't fill my albuterol inhaler. It's allergy season and I need my inhaler. Thanks safeway. Good luck.

Always out of certain items, but when I ask they have them just not stocked, shopping carts every where,(only at late night) I asked why there were carts tipped over in in the road and was told "we have curtisy clearks that come in the morning to clean it up!!). It should be a collective of people getting them. This is what it looks like tonight after they closed

Nothing but a hassle every time I need a refill. Tried to transfer pharmacies and supposedly they sent the scripts over but the new pharmacy never received them. And of course, they couldn’t tell me what happened beyond “it shows we sent them”. Glad I transferred out!
