The Arch Store

Me and my mom were traveling in from New York and we went to go see the St. Louis arch. The arch itself is amazing and a beautiful sight to see. The museum was very informational and big. The gift shop has a lot of variety souvenirs. The only issue I had with the gift shop was with one of the cashiers. He was extremely rude to me. He didn’t greet me in any way, made no eye contact with me what so ever, and I had to ask for my receipt. I’m in retail myself and this is not the way to treat customers. If your not a people person you don’t belong in retail. He was incredibly rude. The cashier that cashed me out his name was Adrian. I was so angry and frustrated. Other than that me and my mother had an amazing time in Missouri and I do recommend going and seeing all the attractions.

We didn’t get to see from the top. If you want to go to the top try being there before 3pm so you get time to go on top and enjoy as well. However they have cruise, movies and other facilities as well. Enjoy!
