Best customer service that I have received in a long time! Coming into the UPS this morning literally brightened my day. The staff was very helpful in assisting me! This is the ONLY UPS that I’ll be visiting from now on. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Extremely disappointing service. Provided a “next day” shipping option with an estimate of one day shipping (the most expensive option), but failed to note, explain, or provide for a “weekend shipping” option which would allow for the package to actually be delivered. Clerk was incorrect on the estimate by 3 days, costing $70 more to the customer for no benefit. When we returned to fix the issue and seek assistance, she said the manager was unavailable and did not own a cell phone, providing no options for resolution. Do your own research, do not trust the staff at this store.
