Great service! I uploaded and ordered a print job, called to confirm, and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this UPS store!

UPS pickup is until 7 pm at this store, I dropped it off so many times by 7pm but I walk-in at 6:53 pm today and the truck is leaving in front of me. I was disappointed but the thing that made it worst is when I said I'll be going to Chantilly next time instead of coming to your store. The response to that I get from the service rep is "yeah you should!". Somebody teach that little girl to read customer service 101 dummy guide or at a minimum be courteous to your customers if you can't learn. Response to the owner- you should definitely not lie. She did not say ok, in fact, twice she said "you should" when I said the first time, "I should have gone to Chantilly instead of coming here" and also the second time "when I said if it this is not going to be consistent then I'll go to Chantilly". Stop lying - she was not respectful at all and I think you too should learn 101 of good customer service.

I told the girl to fax me some documents. She didn't care to look that it was double sided. Now I'm going elsewhere to refax the same documents smh. Other than that they seemed that they were friendly.
