Very rude no customer service

This store used to be dependable, but now it is a waste of time for most of your needs. One major issue is that the store stopped printing labels and providing basic support that pretty much every other UPS or FedEx will provide. Respect your own time? Then drive to another location.

I have been here several times.Every single time the staff is helpful, courteous, and personable. Our most previous visit to the store we were looking to accomplish a notary task required by Fairfax County. This was not the first time we had attempted to submit this paperwork. The first time, we missed one word on the original form ("applicant" vs. "owner/applicant"). This was pretty frustrating but to no fault of UPS and their services. Andres Lozano, the Manager of this UPS store and his staff were beyond helpful and friendly both of our visits. We got our business done, quickly, and on the second go around - at a discounted rate thanks to Andres. We will be coming back! Good people and great customer service!
