We paid for over night expess service and the package was never even mailed. When I called the store they were, "you can come get the package". I was promised a refund and it was never received. $153 and no service. Will never use this store again.

Do yourself a favor and find another UPS store. Unless of course you’d like to spend weeks tracking down your package that wasn’t found & shipped from the store until you filed an investigation with UPS.

My package was delivered to the store, but the store said they never received it. I had to file a claim with UPS as the store was no help at all. Go to USPS or just hand deliver it yourself, it'll be easier than dealing with them and their drivers.
