Laurie touched the lubricant without gloves on the probe and commented that there was too much on. She then proceeded with examination. I don’t think it’s ok because there’s a risk for spread of disease because I don’t know if she even washed her hands. I’m switching clinics due to this negligence and misinformation during my first appointment. The other staff besides Laurie did a great job, but that doesn’t make up for my concerns during the visit.

ABSOLUTELY HTERRIBLE customer service! Monica at the front desk has CLEARLY NEVER been trained in customer service or in general at all! The way she addresses literally anything with customers is unfathomable and utterly careless especially for those looking for a caring and an exciting experience in their path to childbirth! Even more so for the women who are having their first! If you are looking for a warm, caring and wonderful experience…LOOK ELSEWHERE! You will Not find it here!
