Every time I come here for a 9:00 mailbox check it is not open yet. It's so incredibly annoying that it happens repeatedly. Hours say opens at 9:00------no one here, again! When you call, and wait on hold to talk to someone the line goes dead after a minute. It's pathetic. I've seen 8 people try and pull the locked door this morning. It's 9:20 still no one! This isn't the first time either. I would not waste my time, but our business mailbox is inside and I need to pick up the mail! Do you realize how much business you are losing? Change your hours to open later. I give up. 20 minutes is ridiculous! I hope you are open on time on Thursday ???

I use this Ups store frequently but this morning might be the last time. I went to return a soft pack package that was delivered to me via Ups. I simply put a return label on the same package I received. The young man at the counter would not accept it without me buying a box to put it in stating UPS only ships in boxes. I said, that’s not true, this is the same exact soft pack package UPS delivered to me. He rudely turned his back and waited on the next customer. Whoever is the owner of this store, please educate your employee, especially on how to treat a customer.
