Bergmann & Moore also won my claim after many denials. I don't remember how many denials but that is moot now.
Brian all I could say is contact bergmann & Moore present your case to them I guarantee you they will get back to you with an honest answer whether they can help you or not if you fight the VA alone you don't have much of a chance these people know what they're doing I have been very satisfied with their representation
