EDIT: It has been much better at this CVS lately. Would leave zero stars if I could. There’s no reason why the pharmacy does not answer their phone and there’s no reason why spending 30 minutes or more in line is acceptable. Customers deserve better and you all know it. People waiting so long, some were sitting on the floor

I travel much and this is a clean, organized, friendly and efficient but busy 24hr CVS. The lines move fast and questions posed are answered readily. I highly recommend this CVS.

Pharmacy is mid. Just like any other retail pharmacy, long wait lines and technicians who give off the vibe that they dread their existence. Its the PEOPLE that bug me. Now I know its not fair to cvs, all I’m saying is avoid interacting with these customers. God knows what medications the crazy customers are having to make them act like wild animals. They are so rude and impatient, they just want to raise their voice and make the pharmacy seem like a ZOO.

I am a physician and spent well over 45 minutes just trying to call in a prescription for one of my patients. Absolutely horrible service and care for their patients.
