Marcia is the best sales and jewelry specialist in my and the opinions of many. They have even make custom pieces of jewelry from me in collaboration with personal craftspeople across the nation (from hand-pouring melted gold to setting diamonds).

My husband and I got our wedding bands from Hands years ago and were treated with so much kindness and attentiveness. I always loved walking around the showroom as well. Hello! Thank you so much for the question. Since the beginning of COVID practicing proper safety protocols has been a priority for Hands. We require masks for entry and practice social distancing in the store with markers for people to stand at that are all at least 6 feet apart. All jewelry (and gift-ware) that is brought out to show a customer is either wiped down with alcohol wipes, steamed or in most cases both. As you can imagine some gemstones an other items cannot be wiped down or steamed and in those cases the pieces are taken off the floor and set aside for three days to be safe. This practice includes items that are not necessarily touched by customers, if it comes out of the case it is cleaned thoroughly. We also understand that not everyone is comfortable shopping with other customers in the store in which case we do offer before and after hours appointments. All one has to do is send us a message or give us a call and we're happy to set that up for anyone. Thank you!
