I love the Iowa City Staples staff! They have been printing postcards for me for over 8a year now. Sometimes weekly last minute! Great can do attitude from the printing department!

Bought a new office chair from this Staples, but when we opened it, some of the screws from the hardware was missing. We talked to the manager on the phone and he graciously, personally brought a new hardware pack from the inventory in the store in Cedar Rapids within a couple of hours. Above and beyond! Thank you!

They recycle both toner and ink cartridges for no fee - in fact uou can earn credit toward future purchaes by recycling!
