I had my appointment with them yesterday. I was greeted walking in the door. My appt time was 2:15, I was seen by 2:20pm. It was a quick check up. And I was picking out glasses and out the door in no time. I was back at work by 3:15. Service was great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Amazing people! This was such a hard year for my eyes and they helped me every step of the way. They are so kind and considerate. Their safety measures are perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased with how much they helped me numerous times this year. Great front desk. Great doctor. Great tech. I’m so thankful.

The receptionist that helped me after the appointment was super rude, dismissive, removed her mask when speaking, and my appointment cost $60 more than I had anticipated. (The initial charge was around $80 if I remember correctly. It was over $60 after using what was left on my benefits card, and I had planned on a $25 copay) They do not make it clear that the retina scan is not optional as it’s an extra cost (though I really think if you ask NOT to have something done, they should accept that request). They let you know that there is an extra $10 for a retina scan, however, it sounds like it is an option, not required. The receptionist told me I was wrong and that my insurance doesn’t cover contact exams, I was almost in tears since I just didn’t have the money for the excess (on top of being stressed because I was uncomfortable the entire appointment). Later, the receptionist called me to let me know I was indeed correct, and that my insurance did in fact cover the exam. No apology, nothing. Just “this is your new balance, make sure you pay it when you come get your trial lenses”. Needless to say, I will be paying my bill on payday and definitely not returning there. If they were open outside of my work hours I would have come in already, but seeing as they are less than accommodating, I'll just have to wait until I can take off a couple hours early so I can make it there in time. If y'all had correctly charged me and believed me about my insurance, you would have been paid right then and there.
