Positive: The location was pretty good. Negative: The room wasn't ready when we got there two hours after breakfast. They did change the sheets however the restroom area looked still on kept. Sadly the front desk I had to check on his cleaning crew for nowhere to be found at the moment.

Positive: They changed my room to help accommodate a 99 year old friend to visit. There wasn¿t an elevator so they help move me downstairs to another room. Went above and beyond what they had to do. 2 great employees. Negative: The pool was not working Ice machine and soda machine was not working upstairs I took pictures but the employees helped me so much I just want to take back what posted earlier.

Affordable place to stay with every basic necessity a hiker could ask for: hot showers, cozy beds, and breakfast. No laundry available on site and it was maybe 0.9 miles to the laundromat and that’s probably my only complaint but it wasn’t a big deal. When leaving, I went to drop the keys off and get a printout of what I was charged since I never got one when booking, but the doors to the lobby were locked. I’d already brought the keys down so I had to leave them on the little table they had in the breezeway.

This place is very nasty! It shouldn't be a part of choice hotels, love visiting Helen Ga. But that town should do something about this hotel,needs renovated in a bad way, they wouldn't let me and my wife check in until 4:30 p.m. Saturday evening on Feb.19 2022 and after walking around town for 3 hours come back to check in and the room wasn't even clean, safe to say we will be looking at other motels in town that has a better reputation.
