Yes they do! You can get feeders basically anywhere but I definitely recommend theirs. I am not sure they have young platys specifically but they should have them.
If they dont have one in stock they can order one for you

All though I was at this aquarium only once the selection was very good the price of Discus fish are more in line with other locations , Pricey ! But I'm sure you can find what you're looking for at other Aquarium stores. Good luck.

I don't believe so. I usually buy black worms there but the few times I've asked about tubifex they said they didn't have them. Interestingly, or oddly perhaps, I cannot find tubifex *anywhere* on Long Island. I worked in the retail pet trade for over 20 years (mostly at SandCastle Aquarium in North Babylon), albeit quite a ways back, and we _always_ had tubifex, but rarely black worms. Now daphne, that's ALWAYS been hard to find!
Sorry to hear that , try doing your own research before adding anything in your tank these ppl are sales men there going to make a sell even if it kills your fish
