My mother passed 2013, my Son passed 2019 and my Aunt passed 2020 and they were all handle nicely with Rose. But unfortunately things financially happened when my grandmother past away in 2021. She still took care of her. But she spread business that didn't need to be said to anyone. Be careful with Rose. She runs her mouth. I will never do business with her ever again!

I had My sons service here on October 2019 they helped me with everything called me to let me know when my son was here from outer state. Helped me pick a beautiful scripture for the cards and on the day of the service Rose called me to be early to give me time with my son she is a kind beautiful person and I will eternally be grateful for her and all the staffs service George is such a kind well spoken human being I truly love them and appreciate the comfort they give in such hard times the facility is always clean and smells clean. I truly recommend them in your hard times they take care of everything. Have had three services with them My Brothers my Sons and my ex husband funeral service.

I never usually write reviews but i feel this review is necessary. As far as the cleanliness, view and overall feel of this establishment it’s pretty good ... it’s the STAFF , their staff are terribleeeee .. i lost both of my grandparents and we had their joint service here , i felt like we was a burden , couldnt even ask a question without the staff having a “ugh why are u even talking to me” attitude.. my grandparents slideshow was messed up , they wouldn’t even put the projector down to clearly see all the pictures.. Just a word of advice: we are there to mourn loved ones , have a little more compassion and friendliness... that’s what we need.

Funeral service time
I'm not sure I understand the question. But I do know they are very helpful and understanding. I couldn't pay my husbands in full and they took what ever I had when I had it until it was paid in full. So I would say just talk with them. Blessings
