Attended an appointment with my mother as an advocate for her health. From the minute we step into the room with the medical assistant, she was unpleasant. She spoke very abruptly and without any sort of compassion for my mother’s pain. Doctor Kohane was not the nicest person either. He spoke with ZERO compassion. It almost felt as if he didn’t want to be in the room doing his job. The entire experience here was disgusting. I would never want anyone to feel the way I felt as a bystander I could only imagine how uncared for my mother must have felt. 0/10 would recommend
