Two Twelve Medical Center: Emergency Room

Had to suggest/ask nurse for ice pack and ibuprofen for a broken bone, and water to sip on. Sat in room for hours even though not very busy. Told nurse I felt nauseous because I was so hungry and she gave me a green plastic bag to throw up in and left me alone in a hallway - after I asked for some crackers or something to drink to settle my stomach. Dr was cold and barely looked at me. Couldn’t have cared less. Not good at explaining things at all. Only went there because it was covered by insurance. They screwed up my prescription when I left so I had to pay cash even though it was covered by insurance. Not very friendly at all, during a painful time. Two stars because I’m alive and the ambulance staff was great.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went there due to reviews thinking they would be a good place to go. Although service was fast due to LITERALLY no one being in there(seemed strange), though looking back now I'm sure everyone in need of care has gone elsewhere. I came here with really bad ear pain and sure enough diagnosed with an ear infection. They would only give antibiotics for the infection but nothing for the pain after the PA (not even a real doctor) informs me the pain will still persist for at least a couple more days. I ask for a note to excuse me from work for the next day and they couldn't even do that. So no pain medication to help me sleep considering I have to get up at 4 am to go to work and no note for my job. Wow. I would advise you to go somewhere else if you are in actual pain and expecting them to help with immediate symptoms, not just long term. This coming from someone that has been in the healthcare field for 8 years. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place sucks.
