Well, I must say that I am very impressed, from Ayda, who kept following up to ensure that someone from the office reached out, to Morrow, who has AMAZING bedside manner and is so laser-focused and proactive, to the young lady (I did not catch her name but she was the one who performed the air test), to Dr. Loskot, who was very thorough in explaining everything and was so very kind, my experience was WONDERFUL. I am so glad that I found this eye doctor and as long as I am in Maryland, they have a fan for life. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know who lives in this area! Well done! Update: Has to scale back my review a bit. Things were great except for the main thing I needed them for which was uploading my vision doc to the mva. After days of not getting through to anyone, I finally got someone on the line just for them to tell me that the MVA system for vision uploads is down. No one told me this! My license is due soon now I am scrambling and hoping I can get this form to the MVA in time.

Called yesterday with an urgent request after being seen in the ER. Initially the call center was amazing and contacted the dr and said they would call back at 8am today. No call. I called at 9 to inquire about the promised appt to work me in. I was told the call center supervisor would be notified and take care of it. It is now almost 12pm and no call back. Im glad my vision is important to them. Very unprofessional.
