I accompanied my daughter and granddaughter for eye exams on August 25th. My granddaughter was fitted for glasses. We were told they would be in about 2 weeks. Here it is September 18th and no notification of glasses. No one answers the phones when you call and still my granddaughter has no glasses. This is very poor customer service and unfortunately will not be using this office in the future.

We originally used the Harford Rd location but with this one being closer it's convenient, the employers are super friendly and helpful. The Dr was so great with myself and my daughter, she made the experience a pleasant experience for a child Decent selection of frames and helpful with fittings at our convenience, even with Saturday hrs.

I do not recommend this place I got a pair of glasses I paid over $500 for it and I do not like them at all after I got them my boyfriend also paid close to 400 for his and he is very unpleased with his glasses also. Him and I both ended up wearing a old glasses that we had because the quality of the lenses are terrible and also the flames
We take Medicaid so long as there is an MCO attached to it.
Kaiser will handle your medical. If you are under medical assistance, you will need to go to Kaiser for your vision coverage. If you are under an employer, you may have private vision insurance or Kaiser for your vision coverage. Feel free to call and we will happily, help you figure out your coverage.
