Went to the clinic for my son’s appointment and after waiting for 30 mins, I was told to reschedule as the doctor wasn’t able to see my son. On another occasion, scheduled appointment two months prior and received a call two days prior the appointment date notifying me that they have cancelled my appointments. Will never go back to this clinic. Staff are unprofessional too.

Great service starting at the front desk, the doctor and finally from the technician fitting me for glasses. A great experience!

Didn’t feel like my exam was complete. Literally was there for 10 minutes, felt rushed and considering to get a second opinion

Quick, thorough, nice doctors and the latest tech for eye exams. Frame price markup is bananas, LoL, and they won’t price match. Take your script and get the frames elsewhere. I go there for the docs and location. Front office staff competent, quick, and friendly-great service from them.

Mr. Pervez - thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear of your experience. For some patients, this can be normal with their new progressive eyewear and can take a few days for adaptation. That said, we would encourage you to come back to the office and see our opticians. Often times, an adjustment to the fit of the eyeglasses can dramatically help with the adaptation process. Thank you.
