I just popped into my eye dr location in downtown silver spring because I was missing a nose piece to my sunglasses. I am not a customer of my eye dr however Justin was so kind to replace BOTH of my nose pieces free of charge. Customer service in this location is top notch!! Highly recommend! Katie S

Staff has always been friendly. I got my trial contacts and frames within 2 weeks of my appointment. I didn’t like the original frame so they allowed me to exchange for equal or lesser value. Process seemed easy. I did find it interesting that they don’t seem to measure your face when being fitted for new glasses.

Would not recommend this location. They've added unexpected charges to my overall bill then explained things once it was too late to opt out. Customer service is not the best. They've provided one date for expected order only to add two additional weeks that were never mentioned. Overall, I would suggest going to another location
