After purchased 2 pairs with Actualeyes, I delt with some complications regard to the physical shape of my ears and skin. David made sure I'm having multiple solutions and took care of the frame matter, the payments, and the issues. I most say I was surprised with the way they handle things, I was speechless, and 100% satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And I'll quote David 'we are here to make people happy, with no concerns'... this sentence, right there; is gold. Go get your glasses with them you'll thank me later.
