Lived here for 2 and a half years and it was amazing. Shed a tear when I had to leave actually. Managers were super quick to respond, as were the maintenance crew. Best resident goes to Jasper the Siamese cat that roams the complex. Lots of cool animals love here, but are all quiet too. If I ever end up working in Lynnwood again I will be quick to return here.

A special person of mine has continually recommended this place to me, but I was determined to “see my options”. After it’s finally time to see this complex, I was amazed at the newly remodeled room, its gated community and amenities. Not to mention the customer service that Amy has provided has been remarkably wonderful and helpful! Whenever I would email or call, the responses are quick and available. New to the State I did not realized many of apartment has no A/C, like this one, only heating capabilities; this should not take away from how good this place is. I have not seen anything negative yet and hope to stay that way. Overall, great location, affordable, gated, amazing customer service, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors!

So far, so good. I have got everything I was promised. Only a little complaint about a few dusty window blinds, but you know, nothing is perfect. So, I am satisfied. This place is quiet and has clean territory around. I have my own covered parking space. Especially, I love the dining area in the apartment. Also, there are only two flats on the floor, which means I have neighbors only above and below. There are a few trees right nearby my window, where I can see beautiful birds and squirrels. The territory has a bunch of trash containers for garbage and recycling.

I am on my 3rd year in these apartments and I absolutely love living here. Let me first state that this is about the workers here and not the fellow tenants or any of the recent crime growth. That has nothing to do with the apartment complex as a whole. We have a great staff of caring people that I have never had to contact over an issue more than once. The maintenance crew are some of the most down to earth and all around good guys I’ve met (and I’m from Ohio). Any issues that I have had were remedied almost immediately. As a former home owner I find it to be quite a relief to know I have a reliable group of people that will never let my son go without clean clothes, a working light in his room etc. Each of the workers here will take the time to get to know you if you let them and they do their best to remember your names. They have a great system of communication set up for the tenants via email and a helpful website. There is a recently updated gym and pool area that is always well maintained and clean. There is a package room that is secured and video monitored so your mail is safe from mail thefts. I was recently told that we are allowed to have video cameras outside our door (provided they only show our entrance) and we have a gate that requires a code to enter. The workers live on the premises and are always available when you need them.
