It is pathetic to live at here. Honestly, I have been living at many different apartment across the whole country in the past couple of years. This is all most the worst I have ever seen. I have only been here for 2 years and my car get broken in for 3 times. I have been violated by strangers in my unit couple of times and if you like weirdo to knock at your door at 7 am in the morning at weekends and not going to give up until you finally open the door? This is the place where you should live. None of your issue will get resolved and the only thing you can hear of them is, sorry about that, but that's not their fault. Oh, yes, that's not their fault and if you have any issue with them? They talk with you like boss, that's your fault. Yes, the biggest mistake I have ever made is to live at here.

Bad experience, a lot trash all the time in hallways, on chair, when you move out don’t put them for your previous reference apartment, because they don’t answer questions by they policy, you will get denied , it doesn’t matter how much your good at background and credit. They never answer phone because they busy and they aren’t when you walk in their office. Their park all keep getting full because non resident, house neighborhoods park in this building and you can not find at night, any parking.

I tell you what, not only do I love this complex and my unit in particular, but the staff in the main office is exceptional, particularly Kayla. It doesn't matter what I have needed, she has come through EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. I highly recommend Tivalli Apartments, and if you're lucky, maybe you'll get Kayla to help you when you decide to move in.

My billing statement for February from their conservice showed a different statement from what the apartment actually charged me after moving out in my last month which was February . I gave the required notice and was told I will be refunded any difference including my deposit but ended up being charged some more fees after moving out and also leaving my place looking spotless cleaned ,I was still charged anyways despite the fact.. The management will find a way to swallow your money including any security deposit. It's a lose /win situation for the tenant /landlord . Will never recommend and make sure you know what you signing esp moving in to one of their units should you still decide to try them . do not sign off anything in there until you have checked yourself to make sure it's good . Any signed document will surely be their weapon against you . One of the staff (you know who you are )showed displeasure to the place I was moving to when she asked and I politely replied . I thought that was very rude and unprofessional . Update after response from owner Tivalli I still haven't received my check for the remaining balance left of the my security deposit with the forwarding address I gave your outfit . You have taken every last drop of money from me .Am I going to be denied my balance owed as well for your outfit?I left your out for first week in February and I still haven't gotten my check of my remaining balance owed me I followed the link to file a complaint but no response or email from anyone from your outfit .
