To be honest, the office doesn't pick up their phones; the kids won't move out of the streets when you try to pass by and expect you to stop. I witnessed kids are rude to adults when they asked kids to move out the roads. Kids throw around rocks and garbage everywhere. The pool closes at 5 last appointment can be made, you can't just walk in. You can only use 4 hours for a whole week that they give you for the pool,gym, etc.

I gave them my 200 dollar holding fee and Palo hung up in my face so rudly‼️ I have been out of more money than I should have, I have been running around faxing, emailing, request and yet over 21 days later my money have not been refunded to me! I will be contacting the housing authority and an attorney regarding this matter‼️ I have been very patient waiting on my money. I was told by Asia that my money was mailed out when i clearly filled out a form for it to be direct deposited, and yet still no money. I am over frustrated and all I want is my money! I will be contacting Better business bureau as well‼️ they don't even deserve 1 star

Looked like a great place to live, the guy at the front was different than expected. Super helpful and knowledgeable, there are incomes restrictions and they are stringent so I would suggest looking into it BEFORE applying and save yourself the $45 per person application fee unlike we did. They are low income, but they are brand new so they aren't trashed yet. Good luck

I’ve lived here roughly around 4 years and have had several problems with the staff and apartments themselves. Most recently i was charged a late payment I usually pay online and have never once missed a payment. Recently wasn’t able to pay because the website kept saying error so i was able to pay 2 hours after the due date and still got charged a late fee. On top of that the staff never answer the phone but when I go up to the building the staff is just sitting around not doing anything. It takes weeks to get any maintenance done around here and parking is awful people who dont live here park overnight all the time and when coming home at night parking is very hard to find and sometimes have to park at safeway and walk this has been a growing problem and nothing has been done about it. Parents also don’t watch children and let them play in the street unoccupied and have witnessed children almost being hit several times. I would not suggest looking here for a place to live if you want a happy stress free environment for you and your family
