My daughter and her family are paying close to 1600 for a two bedroom plus two bath ... And I hear that management isn't very nice AFTER u sign ur contract ( but that IS just MY opinion)
Do not live here. Two of my friends live here. They are leaving at the end of their lease. Everything about this place is really bad. Drama Queens in the office. They don’t care about nobody but themselves. Too many kids and they’re trashing the elevators and running around in the hallways breaking exit signs and all. Parking is a joke. Seems like a lot of people who live there don’t work. Be prepare to park at Albertsons or at the transit center or on the street somewhere.
Lots of rules, and is it extra for the pool?
1600 plus utilities for a three bedroom two bath.
