Thank you to Ben and staff for helping me make an informed decision. After listening to a few sales pitches elsewhere I stumbled upon Olson's and figured I would give it a try. I walked in with my son and immediately knew it was the right place. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask) and asked how they could help. We talked and listened to a few different things as my son fell asleep in my lap. Since I wasn't in a hurry and wanted the better half's approval I walk out after exchanging pertinent info so they could write me up an estimate. A week goes by and I drag the whole family in. Again we are greeted with a smile and invited to listen to a few more options that fall within and just above our budget. There was never a hard sales pitch and it felt like we were dealing with family friends the entire time. The staff at Olson's wanted to make sure we were getting the best products that suited our needs and fell within our budget. In the end we followed their recommendations and are very satisfied with the results. The system sounds amazing no matter what is being played.

Ben and the guys at Olson's are awesome! Not only will they take their time and answer all your questions, they'll do it without a hint of pressure. Looking for something they don't carry? No problem. They'll give you their honest opinion about it and tell you where to find it for the best price. Their pricing is hard to beat as well. I bought a music streamer from them and it was nearly $100 less than Amazon. Ben and the staff are super personable and they really do go out of their way to please their customers. It's a top notch outfit all the way. Professional, knowledgeable, and crazy friendly. They treated me like family on my very first visit. Hell, they don't even mind just hanging out and listening to great music with you. They're small, and their selection of brands could be better, but their service certainly couldn't.
