After more than a decade I won’t be coming here anymore. The Doctor has always been great but her staff is now lazy and rude. In October I tried calling her office multiple times over three days and no one ever answered. My last resort was texting the Doctor’s emergency number provided in the voice message, and finally she texted back that a nurse would call me. The nurse called and started to berate me that I shouldn’t text the Doctor if it’s not an emergency and I tried explaining I’ve tried calling the office many times over the last three days, but she kept talking over me and then got extremely angry after I pointed that out. My father has also not been able to get in contact with the office this week after trying multiple times. It’s a shame since they’ve always been great before.

I'm on the hunt for a new doctor and glad to see so many positive reviews for Dr. Fernandez. Problem is, I can't get a hold of her office. The phone is often busy, and when I finally got through there was a recording but no option to leave a message. Seems very strange for a doctor's office to not have a way for new patients to leave a non-urgent message and there's no email address on the web site. Does anyone know how to get in touch with this doctor? Thanks for the help.
