BLUF: Got the job done. Safe. Close to everything. Amenities are clean and maintained. Parking sucks. Got a great price for our lease that never changed for 3 years. Started living here in 2019 right before covid and moved out after 3 years. Location is great. You're super close to all the shopping, the mall, and the thru way entrance/exit. The main entrance is on the really busy highway street but getting out only takes an extra minute somedays, wasn't bad waiting for a gap in traffic. Back entrance is always open. Management changed during my time and really didnt notice the difference. The office staff was always nice to me for picking up packages that were dropped off or doing any paperwork. The gym is good enough for casual workouts, and the pool/hot tub is always swarmed with kids and families during those peak times. All the public amenities were always clean. Maintenance took no more than a day to check out any tickets submitted but they didnt always fix everything that wasn't very broke. The apartment itself has a lot of corners that felt cut during construction. A lot of warping of wood and quality wasn't high but everything is functional. For example, the closet door in the master only closed in the winter. Never had a problem with the appliances. Heating goes 0 to 100 real quick and I could never tell if the timer ever worked. But it got hot, so got the job done. Walls are awesome, never heard my neighbors. Parking. There isn't enough. If you arent teleworking, the free spaces are full by 4. Never had a problem with people stealing my reserved spots. One comes with the unit, highly recommend getting another. Edit: Having worked with Greystar on the final bill. Greystar is trash. They never pick up their phones and never follow up with you. Was supposed to get contacted by a specialist adjuster and never did. Gave up on them.

I would highly recommend you don't even bother looking at this place 🤢 I'm disgusted at what they think is move-in ready. If you want to pay a big price tag for carpet that isn't installed right, disgusting sinks and bathtubs, scratched up mirrors, cracks in molding, scuff and scratches on counters, cracks in porch, list goes on. Be my guest. This place is NOT worth it's price tag by even half.

Friendly staff and nice neighbors. Neighborhood close to everything including interstate and mall, gas stations, star bucks, food court, restaurants, quite neighborhood and great maintenance. This apartments showed me that they are not pet friendly. We came here for a tour and when we arrived the leasing agent saw my dog and her started to asking many questions about our pet. I explained that my dog is emotional support and she doesn’t care. Also the apartments look outdate and need to take care more. Finally, reading the others review and I saw many bad things that could happened here. I am happy won’t move here never never!
