Had a nice experience. Walked in early to view glasses display. I was greeted, took my name, and was seen within 15 mins with tech, then 10 mins later with eye dr. Dr was very nice and friendly. I was able to get in and out. I like the large display of different style glasses. Could use more seating in waiting area. Didn't see any covid protocols such as mask or wiping down equipment, display or counters.

We have been coming to the Visionworks in Exton for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. However the past two visits have been horrendous. On the most recent visit, we were trying to get my son set up with contacts. He had never worn contacts before and had trouble getting them in so the doctor recommended ordering another brand. We were notified that the contacts arrived and told to schedule an appointment either online or by calling in so I scheduled online. When we showed up at the appointment, we were immediately told there was a problem and that the appointment can’t be made online and that they really shouldn’t take us. It was immediate attitude. When I tried explaining that I merely followed the directions I was given, I was told if another doctor hadn’t called out they wouldn’t have been able to accommodate us. I followed their directions but was yelled at! I’m a nice person and all they needed to say was nicely explain perhaps a change in policy? I’m not sure but bottom line the way they interact with customers is rude and condescending. We will not be returning here again and they lost a customer of 8+ years.

They were very helpful in picking out my glasses & helping me understand everything. The staff are helpful & humorous. They gave up some desk space so my case manager can get some work done. Thank you

The doctor I saw today was great: Jamie Magnotta. She was friendly and thorough. I appreciated her as a person and a doctor. The techs were about 50/50. Some, I have no idea how they are employed at a “people person” job and others were very friendly. Deana helped us get our glasses, made sure she rang it up so we’d get the best price, and was very friendly throughout the whole process. I am worried our glasses weren’t measured correctly because the device she used didn’t seem to be working properly…but I guess we’ll see when our glasses come in!
